What is included in our services?
- Discussing your case and the facts of your case to ensure that the application we make the most appropriate application for you and to establish any other options you may have.
- providing advice about the visa requirements.
- providing details of evidence required to support the application.
- Discussing and providing you with a checklist of supporting evidence that will be required as supporting evidence.
- preparing the application for submission including booking your appointment to submit your biometrics and application.
- providing you with advice and instructions in respect of submitting your application and assisting to prepare you for an interview (if required);
- providing advice about the outcome of the application and instructions for complying with your immigration conditions.
What is not included within our costs estimate?
The above fee estimates do not include disbursements. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as home office.
The Home Office fees vary depending on the kind of application and the duration of the visa, and the appointment costs will vary depending on where and how the application will be submitted and whether a priority service for expedited determination is being utilised. Please click here to view a full list of potential disbursements. Please note, only the disbursements relevant to your matter will apply and are inclusive of VAT.
Estimated Time Frame
- This is usually dependent upon the type of visa you apply for and the Home Office waiting time.
- On average a visa application is dealt by the Home Office within 12 weeks.
- You can purchase priority slots from the Home Office to speed up your application. These fees are usually £500 – £550 inclusive of VAT. Please ask us for further information regarding the availability of priority slots and we will confirm if these are available on your case.
