A man was arrested by police after he was caught driving at 100mph under the influence of cannabis. Since lockdown measures were eased, Nottinghamshire Police have clocked 5,495 drivers caught speeding. Motorists have committed more speeding offences in the last few weeks compared to pre-lockdown.
