The Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme is a procedure in which the expertise of a legal practitioner in a specific area of law has been tested, assessed, and accredited by the Law Society. These schemes promote standards of excellence in the delivery of legal services.
The Scheme is intended to help consumers identify firms who possess a wealth of knowledge and a depth of experience in key areas of legal practice. The scheme ensures these standards of competency and expertise are maintained by the means of periodic reselection, re-accreditation, and re-authorisation.
The Personal Injury Department at AMT Lawyers have been recognised and accredited by the Law Society and we are actively engaged in shaping and directing the development of each scheme, sharing best practice, and contributing to standards.
The Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme covers all work undertaken by Lawyers on behalf of victims and their dependents, or compensators, as to their rights and obligations arising out of any alleged act of negligence or breach of statutory duty because of which the victim has sustained personal injuries or fatal injuries.
The practice has held this accreditation for several years and gives all our Personal Injury clients the upmost confidence and trust in our ability to deal with all aspects of Personal Injury Law.
